All payments and packages are paid
upfront before first session of the month.
Price per 55 minute-1 hour session if
frequency of training is weekly £45 if less than weekly £50
Price per 40 minute session if weekly £35
if less than weekly £40.
ALL Paired training sessions are 45
minutes long and £45 if weekly or £50 if less than weekly per month
It’s my promise that each client will be
treated as an individual, I will asses movement/mobility strengths and weaknesses and train clients Personally to progress towards each goal.

All fitness enthusiasts whether elite
level sportman/woman or complete novice have weaknesses in the way they stabilise and move. I will observe movements in a unilateral way and provide you with your own specific programme which will
provide balance and provide solutions to prevent continued injuries to help clients move more efficiently and help to immobilise joints and helps to restore neutral posture.
