I came to Dwight really demotivated after countless efforts of restarting my fitness, I felt lethargic and couldn’t sleep very well and had put on weight due to my job being sat down. I use to play rugby, I’m very competitive and Dwight understands this. With Dwight, you don't just get motivation and excellent personal Fitness, I feel you get much more. I really appreciate him being relational; he likes to see the fun side of things which helps lift the sessions! For the first time in 8 years I’m eating breakfast each morning. Dwight hasn’t forced anything onto me regards to diet, he adds things weekly and this avoids any overload!! I'm genuinely feeling more confident and I’m sleeping so well!! He’s a great guy, he's kept his promise of keeping things varied. Visually I can see the improvements Dwight’s helped me to attain, it feels great!!
